While the rest of the US is suffering from the sub-prime loan turned real estate crises turned credit crises, the market in Charlotte NC is looking great. How do we do it? We are fortunate to have come through a series of economic stress that has apparently instilled good business disciplines in all we do. Having come through the massive shift in manufacturing, agricultural and most locals were apparently more sober-minded during the housing bubble than many regions.
