I took early retirement in 2005 from a Fortune 500 Company. During my career of 36 years I held many marketing and sales positions. I retired as the Sales/Development manager for Asia Pacific. I have lived in Locust for several years with my wife Lynn. Lynn had been working for ERA for several years and together we formed Team Millen at ERA in Midland. Lynn and I recently joined Southern Carolina Realty, which is a rising star in Stanly and Cabarrus Counties. Southern Carolina's philosophy emphasis is on customer service, honesty, and Christian values. Because this is a family owned business, they mirror my own philosophy, which does not put money or commissions before our clients and future friends. I enjoy all aspects of real estate. I am passionate, caring and dedicated to insure each person or family gets the best deal with the minimal amount of stress. I enjoy making people laugh and never sweat the small stuff. I speak Southern English. I enjoy my grandchildren (all 9 of them), family and friends. I am a strong Christian, which guides my life and business ethics. Lynn Millen: I moved to NC from Miami, FL in 1982 to find a better quality of life for my family. After living in Charlotte for 18 years, I remarried and we moved to the Locust area. I have been involved with Real Estate since 2003. From 2005 to March of 2008, I worked with ERA where I earned several awards including Multimillion Dollar Producer, Top Gun Academy, and a Distinguished Service award from ERA for the quality service I have given my customers. Bill and I recently moved to Southern Carolina Realty where we are excited about the additional opportunities we will have to offer even better service to our many customers and friends. I, too, enjoy all aspects of real estate and the new challenges I face everyday with it. I care about the people we work for and try to go the extra mile to make sure they get the BEST professional, yet personal service. I have been licensed with the State of NC as a sign language interpreter since 2004 and enjoy working with the hearing impaired with the buying and selling of houses. I also enjoy volunteering my interpreting services in Church. Bill and I enjoy traveling when we have the time and anything outdoors like hiking, bike riding and spending time with our grandkids. We feel truly blessed and give God the glory for the people He brings into our lives each day. Thank you for letting us work for YOU. We WILL earn your trust!!! |
